Why CDD exists
CDD Healthcare Staffing was founded on a simple belief: care should be organised around the person — their routines, their choices and the things that matter to them — rather than around rota convenience. We exist to help people remain at home and in their communities with the support they need, and to give families confidence that the people coming through the door are competent, checked and kind.

Quality at CDD is monitored through care plan reviews, supervision of care staff, feedback from the people we support and their families, and clear routes for raising concerns.
